Nolte Küchen has been Germany’s favourite kitchen brand since 2015 - and now for the third time in succession. This has been confirmed in a study by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ), which is conducted every two years on behalf of television broadcaster n-tv and the results of which were published on 20 March. Nolte Küchen proved itself in the overall rating against 13 other brands, and once again came out top. The company takes this proof of trust as the occasion to thank its dealers and customers.
Nolte Küchen stands for quality, innovative ideas and excellent value for money. An opinion that is shared by the current DISQ study. With 79 out of a possible 100 points, the company came first on the satisfaction scale. A total of 1,213 kitchen purchasers took part in the survey, which was divided into various categories.
With regard to product range, Nolte Küchen left all the other competitors behind them. Product quality, design and brand image were also rated "Very good", and Nolte Küchen's prices were also rated above average.
The field of competitors has increased significantly since the last study.
Fourteen kitchen manufacturers were included in this year's individual evaluation, as opposed to only 12 in 2017. Which is why CEO Eckhard Wefing was even more pleased that Nolte Küchen won the title of Germany's favourite kitchen brand.

The aim of the market analysis by the German Institute for Service Quality is to improve service and performance on the basis of customer feedback. The analyses reflect the current level of performance of individual brands from various industries.
