Ras Al Hamra is a significant residential and leisure complex in Maskat, Oman, developed and managed by Petroleum Development Oman. It is part of the Oman Vision 2040, which aims to create intelligent, sustainable and vibrant urban areas.

Ras Al Hamra is known for its sustainability efforts and has received LEED certification for its environmentally friendly construction practices. These include strategies for energy efficiency, water saving and minimization of greenhouse gas emissions. The development includes solar water heaters, LED lighting and intelligent technologies for water and energy management, in line with the Oman Vision 2040. 

The community offers a variety of amenities such as an international school, a five-star hotel, entertainment facilities and a medical center. The Ras Al Hamra Recreation Club offers various leisure activities and has recently added a two-story café directly on the beach.
