Our Employees
Our kitchens are "Made in Germany", which means a commitment to Germany as a production location. This includes the promise to give young people prospects and to secure training and jobs.
We gladly accept the responsibility associated with this, also as a member of the employer initiative "Charta der Vielfalt". Because "... our employees are our most important asset," said Georg Konrad Nolte on the occasion of the company's 50th anniversary. While back then there were still around 1,100 employees, today Nolte Küchen employs over 1,400 people. Many of them former apprentices and trainees, who, thanks to their competence, ensure the high quality of our kitchens.
