The realisation took place from 2016 to 2022. The Hochbord district is located at the northern foot of Zürichberg, between the centre of Dübendorf and Stettbach station. 

Two solid building structures, a long building in the north and a tall building in the south, mark both the city boundary and the entrance to the district. On the ground floor of the southern building there is a wholesale business as well as commercial and office spaces. Above this, the building is divided into two wings that contain small urban apartments and lofts. The northern longitudinal building comprises commercial spaces and maisonette apartments on the ground floor, while many apartments of varying sizes are accommodated in the floors above.
