Our Employees
Our kitchens are "Made in Germany", which means a commitment to Germany as a location. This involves the promise of giving young people prospects and providing training and jobs.
We gladly accept the responsibility associated with this, also as a member of the employers' initiative "Charta der Vielfalt". Because "...our employees are our most important asset," said Georg Konrad Nolte on the company's 50th anniversary. Whereas back then there were around 1,100 employees, today Nolte Küchen employs over 1,400 staff members. Many of them former trainees and apprentices who, thanks to their competence, ensure the high quality of our kitchens.
