Green up your life!
Under this motto “Green up your Life!” the first sustainability festival took place from June 3 to 4, 2023 at Nolte Küchen in Löhne. Creative DIY workshops, lectures with tips for more sustainability in everyday life, live music and food trucks attracted around 400 guests to the Nolte FORUM over the weekend.
Amidst the in-house exhibition, among 50 kitchens, visitors could attend the workshops and masterclasses at eleven stations – led by well-known regional and national influencers and companies. Also present were Saskia von Schroeter and Kathrin Roth from Wohnidee, who gave tips and tricks on upcycling old furniture pieces. In the best weather, guests could refresh themselves in the beautiful outdoor area with smoothies, ice cream, coffee, and delicious regional food.
The feedback was unanimous that an event of this type could gladly be repeated. One visitor summed it up as follows: “This was a great event – like a short vacation! You could wonderfully drift through the day and get great ideas and inspiration to make your life a little more sustainable.”
