Boil water in the kettle, place the tea bags in a pot and pour over the freshly boiled water, leaving to steep for up to 10 minutes, depending on the type of tea. Meanwhile, squeeze the oranges and scrape out the seeds from a vanilla pod using a knife. After steeping, remove the tea bags from the pot.

Add the blackcurrant juice, the freshly squeezed orange juice and all other ingredients except the honey to the pot and briefly bring to a boil. Then let simmer gently on low heat for about 30 minutes. Taste and add honey if necessary. Strain the finished punch through a sieve into glasses, decorate with orange slices, cinnamon stick and star anise, and serve hot.

Enjoy your drink!
