Creepy Mousse au Chocolat

Recipe idea: Mousse au ChocolatYou will need the following ingredients:
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
150g milk chocolate, 300ml cream, 1 egg, 4 chocolate cookies e.g. Oreo, 4 chocolate cookies as gravestones, some icing sugar, food coloring black

- First, melt the chocolate in a water bath and set aside.
- In a second bowl, beat the egg until foamy over the water bath. Stir in the chocolate and let everything cool slightly.
- In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff and then fold it into the cooled chocolate mixture.
- Pour everything into the glasses and refrigerate for one hour.
- Place the chocolate cookies in a blender and crumble finely. Sprinkle over the Mousse au Chocolat.
- Mix powdered sugar with a little water to form a thick icing and label the "Grabsteine".
Insert one Grabstein into each mousse and decorate everything with a few spooky sweets.
