Mediterranean oven vegetables with spaghetti and burrata

Discover how you can create a delicious dish with just a few ingredients: oven-roasted vegetables with spaghetti and burrata – perfect for a quick yet impressive meal.

Recipe idea: Oven-roasted vegetables with SpaghettiYou will need the following ingredients:

Ingredients for 4 persons 1 pack dry yeast, 350 g spaghetti, 400 g zucchini, 300 g tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, 200 g burrata, 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp each salt, pepper, spices

  1. Finely chop zucchini, tomatoes and place them in a baking dish.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the top, mix everything and season with herbs, salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  3. Place the vegetables into the oven at 200 degrees circulating air for approx. 30 minutes; meanwhile, cook the spaghetti.
  4. Once the vegetables are baked, add the spaghetti and let the burrata melt on top. Then mix everything so that vegetables and burrata combine well with the spaghetti.
  5. Decorate and serve. Done!
