• that you are entitled to grant us the aforementioned rights,
• that your photos or videos do not infringe any third-party rights, in particular copyrights, trademarks, personal rights, or data protection rights,
• that all persons recognizable in the photos or videos agree to their publication.

Nolte Küchen GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to discontinue the use of the content at any time and without giving reasons, and to remove it from the respective communication channels without prior notice.
