Homemade Granola

The new year is just around the corner, bringing with it the opportunity to give something special to our loved ones. Homemade granola is not only a healthy and delicious gift but also a heartfelt gesture as a New Year's greeting.

For this dish, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Dried bananas
  • Almonds
  • Hazelnuts
  • Quinoa
  • Milk
  • Honey
Feel free to choose the nuts/seeds according to your taste. Pumpkin seeds or brazil nuts, for example, also pair excellently with granola. Additionally, you can add other dried fruits such as cranberries, raisins, cherries, or apricots as a complement.

Making homemade granola is easy and quick: mix all the ingredients and then roast them in the oven until the healthy granola becomes nicely crispy. The honey adds a subtly pleasant sweetness.
