Good corporate governance means for us: taking responsibility – consistent, transparent, and forward-looking. We rely on clear guidelines, an effective compliance system, and dialogue with our stakeholders. In this way, we create trust, ensure integrity, and make sustainability in our actions measurable and binding.

Compliance & Human Rights

Sustainable corporate management begins with clear principles: Our compliance system ensures that legal requirements are met and ethical standards are actively practiced. We pursue a zero-tolerance strategy against corruption and bribery and regularly raise awareness among our employees for acting with integrity.

We understand the protection of human rights as a fundamental responsibility. We are committed to international standards such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and strive to implement them consistently in our company as well as with business partners.

Responsibility in the supply chain

Also in our supply chain applies: Sustainability, fairness, and transparency are non-negotiable for us. We have been working successfully with around 95% of our main suppliers for at least ten years – a sign of reliability and partnership trust.

We set clear requirements for social and ecological standards, which are regularly reviewed. As part of the Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG), we systematically analyze potential risks and promote compliance with human rights and environmental standards through close cooperation – from the origin of raw materials to the finished product.

Responsibility along the supply chain requires clear processes and reliable structures. With the implementation of the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG), we create transparency, identify risks at an early stage and set binding standards for our business relationships. This ensures that human rights and environmental concerns are respected and protected in our value chain.

Risk management

Forward-looking and systematic

A solid risk management is a central control instrument of our governance. We identify, assess, and manage sustainability risks along our entire value chain – for example, in the areas of environment, labor rights, or business ethics.

In doing so, we are guided by legal requirements such as the LkSG and the requirements of the CSRD. The consistent implementation of our standards and early warning systems enables us to identify risks at an early stage and counteract them specifically.

Transparency

Complete trust through openness

We create trust through openness. With structured processes, internal control mechanisms, and clear reporting, we transparently disclose our sustainability performance.

Our annual sustainability reports are based on recognized standards and form the foundation for dialogue with stakeholders. In this way, we make progress measurable and continuous improvement visible – for more credibility and effectiveness.
