Shashlik with Meat and Vegetables

Recipe idea: Shashlik with meat and vegetablesYou will need the following ingredients for this:
150 g beef fillet, 150 g lamb meat from the loin (lamb fillet), 3 tbsp oil, salt, freshly ground black pepper, ground coriander, 2 small zucchini, 100 g cocktail tomatoes, 100 g medium-sized brown mushrooms, also wooden or metal shashlik skewers
Preparation
- Rinse both types of meat with cold water to your liking, pat dry well and cut into bite-sized cubes. Mix 3 tbsp oil with salt, pepper and coriander and turn the meat in it.
- Wash and trim the zucchini, then cut into 1 cm thick slices. Wash the tomatoes. Clean the mushrooms and wipe with a damp cloth, halve large mushrooms.
- Preheat the grill. Thread all ingredients alternately onto skewers, seasoning evenly with salt and pepper all around.
- Sear the skewers all around on the grill. Reduce the heat and continue grilling the skewers for approx. 5 min., turning occasionally.
