Wholegrain roll with Roastbeef

Recipe idea: Whole-grain rolls with RoastbeefYou will need the following ingredients for this:
1 onion, 2 small pickled cucumbers, 4 tbsp quark (20% fat), 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tsp mustard, salt, pepper, 8 iceberg lettuce leaves, 4 wholemeal rolls, 24 slices roast beef cold cuts (approx. 240 g)

- Peel the onion and finely dice it. Also finely dice the pickled gherkins. Stir the quark and mayonnaise in a bowl. Mix in onion, gherkin, and mustard. Season the remoulade sauce with salt and pepper.
- Wash the lettuce leaves and shake dry. Toast the rolls crisp on both sides using the toaster. Then cut open and spread the cut surfaces with the remoulade sauce. Top each half with 1 lettuce leaf and 3 slices of roast beef and serve.
