Mediterranean oven vegetables with spaghetti and burrata

Oven Vegetables with Spaghetti and Burrata

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 350 g spaghetti
  • 400 g zucchini
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 g burrata
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • A teaspoon of salt each
  • Pepper
  • Spices
Discover how to create a delicious dish with just a few ingredients: oven vegetables with spaghetti and burrata – perfect for a quick but impressive meal.


  1. Cut zucchini and tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a baking dish.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, mix everything and season with herbs, salt, and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  3. Bake the vegetables for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius with fan assistance, while cooking the spaghetti.
  4. Once the vegetables are baked, add the spaghetti and let the burrata melt on top. Then mix everything so that the vegetables and burrata blend well with the spaghetti.
  5. Decorate and serve. Done!
