Oven Vegetables with Spaghetti and Burrata
Ingredients for 4 people
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 350 g spaghetti
- 400 g zucchini
- 300 g tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 g burrata
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- A teaspoon of salt each
- Pepper
- Spices

Preparation
- Cut zucchini and tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil, mix everything and season with herbs, salt, and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Bake the vegetables for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius with fan assistance, while cooking the spaghetti.
- Once the vegetables are baked, add the spaghetti and let the burrata melt on top. Then mix everything so that the vegetables and burrata blend well with the spaghetti.
- Decorate and serve. Done!
